Who sells

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which sells as merchant of record: the charge and the receipt come from them, and the purchase also follows their terms for buyers. IMAT Doutor provides the service.

Plans

Monthly: charged once a month and renewed automatically until you cancel.

Lifetime: a single payment, with no renewals and no end date.

The final amount, including any taxes, is shown at checkout before you pay. Current prices: Plans

Cancelling

You can cancel the monthly plan at any time in your profile, under “Manage subscription”. You won't be charged again, and you keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for.

If a payment fails

Your access continues while the payment is retried. If it can't be collected, access ends.

Refunds

We don't refund a period that has already started: a month that has been charged, or the lifetime plan once purchased.

The exceptions are a duplicate charge, or a technical problem on our side that kept you from using what you paid for. In those cases we refund you — write to [email protected]

Changes

If these terms change, this page is updated and so is the date at the top.
