The correct answer is A) Julius Caesar's account of the Gallic war.

De Bello Gallico is Julius Caesar's own account of his war in Gaul (58–50 BC), written in Latin prose and in the third person. It doubled as political publicity for Caesar back in Rome.

The Latin title gives it away ("about the Gallic war"). Delacroix, Rodin and Wagner have nothing to do with it, and Horace was a poet, while this is prose.
