The correct answer is A) The Kingdom of France and the Kingdom of England.
The Hundred Years' War (1337–1453) was fought between England and France, mostly over the French crown and English lands in France.
It actually lasted 116 years with long truces in between. Crécy, Agincourt and Joan of Arc all belong to it. Castile, Aragon and Portugal only appear as allies at different points.
