The correct answer is D) Today is not Saturday.
If it's Saturday, I'm a philosopher. I'm not a philosopher. So it isn't Saturday.
That's modus tollens, and it's always valid. You can't say which day it is, only which day it isn't, so "Friday" goes too far.
